Cool little Volvo! I've never seen one before, but I don't think they were available in the USA. I love seeing builds from all around the world.

The steelies will look really good widened a couple inches

But don't rush into commenting.. going to have new rear fenders, new and lower tires and maybe some camber too

So.. yesterday i got bmw e34 front fenders which i today tuned up a bit.

Also tried the front wheels in fear that they won't come out enough... well, could be more poke but thats fine.
