Meanwhile in estonia..


Took a 70km trip with it and everything runs smoothly.. no creepy noises also.. just the exhaust and audio system which make perfect harmony together

Also managed to clean the interior today.. i think i threw out 50+kg of shit that i've been collecting there in last three months

So yesterday got finally time to get the car in the garage and finish the exhaust system. There wasn't much to do but it still takes time to get myself doing it

Also everytime i lift up the car, i suddenly remember that i need a new rubber boot for one cv joint
So today managed to finally replace it.

Also, as we are in stanceworks.. i lowered the rear a bit to mach the front

Hi.. finally an update after long time. First of all.. got a new job Also been driving the car again about a month and done some stuff with it.

I don't know where to start.. maybe with the looks
Got new front glass, old one was broken. Also rear glasses tinted, front ones getting done also in few weeks.


Also been playing with different rims.. bit difficult with different bolt patterns front and rear but this is how it looks right now



Not going lower anymore, cause with more power i need to be able to handle bad roads also. And about more power..



So the engine is still stock 2.4 10v 144hp, added a turbo with volvo T5 ecu and injectors. At the moment i run 1 bar of boost. Haven't got the intercooler connected, just got a bypass from a friend, also missing a wastegate valve to run variable geometry. So.. missing all those things but this old stock engine can handle it and runs like a beast

In less than three weeks there is a 1/4 mile race happening and that's where i'm planning to go, so getting exited to know what time this thing runs

Anyways.. i'll keep you posted. Progress almost everyday

Been following this build for 3 years now, being a 440 owner myself too!
No new posts for more than a year. Any updates?

Oh hey...

The volvo was kinda dead for that year. Rod bolts of that engine decided to break so that engine blew up

Slept for a year.. then decided to build it for drag racing
Bought new engine very cheap for testing.. this time it was 20 valve so it has 170bhp to begin with.
Also borrowed a huge ass turbo from a friend...



Wanted to do few runs this year but didn't have enough time or money so i'll do it in spring.. which leaves me some time to do it properly.
