Got the exhaust all finished up and it sounds awesome! It's a bit softer sounding then i thought it would be but that will change once it heat cycles a few times.

    image

Since the muffler is so close to my relay i wrapped the muffler in header wrap from the racecar i had laying around to help prevent to much heat getting to the relay and having issues with melted wire/faulty power issues.

    image

Now i am in the process of doing all the electrical junk and making things look nice.
Here is a before picture of everything all hooked up with no cable/wire management.

    image
I'll posted the finished product once its done.

Also got my tires on the stock wheels to roll down to H2Oi with until i can get the 3pc wheels fitted up and working correctly.

There is alot of work that needs to be done to run the setup i am going to try and make work. Part of my winter project list.

So i lost an entire week of build time due to a family vacation that was planned long ways ago but i came back to my house and i would of thought it was Christmas!

I finally got in my Accuair Switch Speed Setup. I was going to run the e-Level but the money i was going to put towards it, will be going towards something more important in the truck. (AKA Engine) Also got my care package from #BagRiders with my polished water traps, fittings, relays and a bunch of other goodies.

NOTE: Iv'e purchased 90% of my stuff from BagRiders and they have been nothing but amazing with my delivery times, packages and also the free swag of stickers ect.

Now for the sound finally! The exhaust i am building for the truck is going to be a little different then just going out and buying a full exhaust setup or w.e.

Normally the truck i believe has a 1'' 1/2 downpipe to the cat and then the cat outlet turns to 2'' 1/4 and follows out to the muffler and then to the tip.

I will be running a 2'' 1/2 downpipe to the cat and then a straight pipe all the way back to the muffler and then running a 3'' outlet exit to the tip.

I also got my shocks finally so i can weld up my shock mounts up front and be done with it.

Ohh i agree 100% with that. I would say Humidity would be one of the top causes for a failure in a bag setup simply because moisture and electronics don't mix well. Yeah its all temporary for now. I am just getting it done in time for H2Oi this year and i can get away with it since the summer is at an end and i wont have to worry to much about it.

Over the winter i'll be running hardlines, and switching the tank out for billet one and possibly switching a few other things around electrical/air wise.

I have a drain plug for it if i ever need it but im going to be upgrading my tank over the winter possibly to a seamless tank by Specialty Suspension.

Are you worried at all about the rear bags mounted on the control arms? Seems like the ideal location for the tires to kick trash and shit at the bags.

Also, I'm sure you've seen it, but your tank setup would be an ideal application for something like a remote tank drain, since it's liable to be a bitch letting the condensation out of that tank with the bed back on.
Not really, when building these Minitrucks there are a handful of ways to mount the bags in the rear. I mean if i am doing careless driving and run random things over on the road i'll be worried but i never heard of someone having an issue like that unless it WASN'T built properly and there was structure issues when built.

Thanks man, yeah i havent figure out what plate im going to get but it will be done over the winter once i get time to think of one.

The only one i could think of and actually would consider would be "Bertha" since thats what i have called the truck since i bought it back when i was 16yrs old.

Ya know, i hear that so much and i wish the truck scene was bigger in general but the issue is, nobody wants to drive a truck in general compared to the car scene. There are more cars built then trucks in general so that is already a downside.

Plus most people lift trucks unless your a true enthusiast like myself and you want to lower any kind of truck period.

Nothing is hooked up power wise. I manually controlled everything with the house compressor. This week i'm starting all of the electrical work.

You wont see any wires once's done.

A tease of the management in the rear. I am switching over to hardlines next year but for no i'm going to run softlines just to finish it for H2Oi this year.

Wire Harness for the whole rear-end. Took it upon myself to re-wire half the harness and clean it up all nice.

As most of you know H2Oi is right around the corner. Its crunch time and time is ticking. Hopefully i can finish this and take it down but if not i'll still be there.

I got word that my wheels wont be shipped in time for H2Oi so they will have to wait till next year to go.

Below i'm getting idea and mocking up the valve mount.

HOPEFULLY i can do a test drive this weekend in the streets. Nothing is wired up electrically but the truck is fully functional. I'll break out the DSLR and take a few good pictures.
