Bringing this back from the dead...

I'm going to continue to update on the 260 and 280 in this thread, and this thread only, as this is where it all started. If anyone missed out in the opening details of the 260, you can find them in my 240Z thread started last spring. Thoroughly confused? Good.

To say I've been a little busy is an undestatement. I haven't so much as touched either of my Z's in a few months time. However that's not to say I havent been getting my Z fill. Quite the opposite in fact.
Over the past couple months we've been working on a number of custom intake manifolds for the L series engine, found in Datsuns and other old Nissans of that time.

And now for the photos that most of you would rather see. Most of the lack of progress over the past months was due to waiting for my front wheels from WORK. Well, they've arrived. It's now time to get them under the car and start measuring the lengths needed to complete the custom coilovers setuup.

The rear fenders still need additional trimming and welding (to close back up), and the front fenders should start to take shape this weekend if I have some time. I won't get into too many more details, but I'm starting to get excited.

Front wheels and tires... Work Meister 3P's in 18 X 11.5j with -9 offset. Tires are Sumo's... nothing special... as they were the shortest overall available tire in an 18" size.
