Both, but primarily track/road. Road America is about an hour away and I attend the open track days quite often, so this is where it'll be broken in most. That and the highways of Wisconsin/Chicago/Mnpls.

Spent a few hours this afternoon cutting out some more of the interior, and removing the front fenders/bumper. And because everyone's been all over me to put the wheels on (or even doubting that it's possible!) I mounted them up.
Now, keep in mind the stock front end will be completely removed and the wheels will be mounted to FD uprights and new double A-arm suspension, but this is just a little idea. The car will also sit about 5" lower than it currently is. The door sill will sit 4" from the floor... currently it is about 9.375" at the front, and 10.125" in the rear. Look at Image 0767 (3rd from bottom) and picture the car resting on rocker panel (very bottom point which is painted orange)... this is the height which it will sit when complete.

Also, please tell me the lower rear half of the front fenders will be cut out like JGTC cars. The flat parts of the fenders and hood could also be higher as to not have that bulge for the wheels be so big and noticeable, a la JGTC. But, I realize those aren't final renderings and these are just suggestions.
I'm pulling the L28 soon... If my brother or good friend doesn't end up getting a 240-280 shell this summer it's all yours. Or, make me an offer and I could just get rid of it now. I have both a 4 and 5 speed for it.
The front fenders WILL be styled similar to the JGTC cars... the turbochargers will sit right behind the front wheels with the exhaust pointed straight out, probably less than a foot in length at most. And... the front fenders WILL have large arches over the wheels as they'll be moved forward quite a bit, and the car will be about 6" lower. No getting around it.

and also this (possibly one of the best 240's ever built and im pretty sure the intake and exhaust were all done in titanium, with the same pie cut method as you're using) - http://www.zparts.com/showcase/engin...z-testfit.html
Can't get enough of that car:-)
