Decision for SR is done. I like the Beams 3SGE but replacement parts from Japan were too expensive. Plus I want a STOCK turbo engine.

I was originally doing a 2JZ but the straight 6 sits too far in front of the crossmember and majorly affects the weight distribution. Would not be very streetable. You will love it with the SR. Promise

This is close to what the bay will look like when complete

holy shit this car is AMAZING. great work. 1jz would be cool, but i think the SR would be fine and it should look clean too, not too cramped.

+1 on the 3S-GTE engine. Keep it all Toyota.

The "3S-GTE" is a ugly motor. Was also a MR2 mid-engine which makes for a much more problematic swap converting to front engine RWD. I want something that looks as good with the hood popped as it does performing on the street. I am no purist. I am very happy with my choice for a SR and it will not change. Thanks for the input though.

Glad everyone likes the car. Much more to come along with a few surprises!!!
