      • Lets see, the car is fully stripped and getting major work done and you **** on the crap steering wheel needed to turn the car under construction? You expect me to leave the Nardi in there? I don't think so.

          • Wow, this thing looks like its going to be a blast to drive with the SR in there. It would have looked pretty sexy with ITB's under the hood though. Did you ever consider dropping in a 4agze? Great build though, can't wait for video's of it running...

                  • Thanks everyone!

It's been a long road but the end is near. I figure if Im able to get it all running by the end of March I may drive it for the summer and Tear it back down in the fall and have the body restored.

                    • Big update time:

Spent the last couple of weeks trying to order the motor. Sadly between unreliable suppliers and reputable people being out of stock I am forced to hold off for a month or two, but no biggie.

However on a good note I decided while I am waiting to go ahead and have the car restored. Was dropped off yesterday. Having the car stripped down, all rust repaired, and a lot of metal work done along with a few surprises.

Color is being changed from the OEM White to Super White II.

Here is the last before shot I took. Will try to get some progress shots up soon.

Car looks great though, cannot wait to see it restored.

I'm only wanting a S15 Swap. The shop I prefer to buy from is out of stock until end if March. I don't mind waiting. Gives me time to finish the body restoration.

                              • A little Father/Son project during a weekend of boredom made this page happen. Figured it was a good opportunity to permanently document important updates in the Celica's build. Check it out and let me know what you think! Click the pic
