Slow progress, due to some unexpected complications.

Hood and kidney panel needed to be redone and are still at the painters. Almost done with re-assembling the rest, just some minor stuff left (skirts, mouldings and small things like the wipers). Also still need to get some small stuff like a new drivers side mirror base and so on.

BUT... my goal is to get some short-time plates by next wednesday, so I can drive the car to the TÜV for the main inspection and getting the new wheels approved, then it's time to register it.

So... I promise, next week you'll see the finished car.

Meh.

Didn't get as far as expected.

Everything is painted, the car's currently being wetsanded & polished.

Installed doors, windows, sunroof, hood, trunk, nose panel...

The god damn nose panel doesn't fit anymore.
I adjusted it to the best possible, but the front is a tiny bit off currently. I'm keeping the nose panel for now and getting a new one after the winter...

Tomorrow we'll install the lights, the bumpers and then the car's coming home. After that it's just some small things left (door cards, skirts, mouldings, mirrors and so on).
