thanks guys...well once i get my new supspension set up and have the car put back together i might b set for a while...im goin to focus on mechanical maintenance stuff (fix broken things, replace bushings, etc.) i also have a couple performance things i have to install and im planning on cleaning up and painting the engine bay. then ill repaint the car again since body work on it was garbage. my buddy who sprayed it is going to be opening a shop so were planning on doing round 2 on the paint n body work...n depending on the response to the flat silver ill do it again or go gloss...i like it so far tho
Can't wait to see it totally done, I'm a little worried it will just look like primer but I think once the car is fully put back together it might change my opinion. In for more pictures!

have you ever thought about using a watts link off a dodge or ford van you can even check out speedway they might have something that you can modify to work
if you cant fix it with a hammer you might have an electrical problem
I'm digging the progress man, looks great. I've been putting in hours getting my 242 ready for some local drift events, this inspires me to keep busting ass. Props.
Also, I've never seen a 240 without bumpers ... it doesn't look half bad ... granted, I like the fact you have the newer plastic bumpers on your car, instead of the diving-board 1970's safety bumpers mine has. I might swap over.

thanks dude!!...n i used to have the same giant bumpers...i ***** them but they make great benches at car meets lol
Nah, I don't have a build thread and I only lurk on T-Bricks. Its' been a very slow-moving, under-the-radar build for me, and sadly its' on hold now that I'm 600+ miles away from my 242. Really it's just a stock 242, stripped of everything except the dashboard and dashmat, with a 3-core radiator and a Cummins diesel intercooler lmao.
I hope you don't mind, but I'm using your wheel fitment as a basis for my coupe. It won't be quite as aggressive, but your numbers will get me close.
You have an adjustable panhard rod out back, right?
