Not welded, just hadd to see how it will look! (shortend the stacks 1,5 cm when i miled them down to fit the trottle bodys)
Fits good, cant even feel anything where the stack and trottle body meets
The intake is welded, only thing left to do is to make the holes for the injetors!
Next thing i started on was the Intercooler!
Ordered a Bullseye S362 Batmowheel turbo, a/r91 t4 twinscroll ekshoust and a 62mm billet batmowheel compressor and racecover
BatMoWheel:
AND, also ordered a Jerico 4 speed gearbox, straight cut, so i can shift without clutch!
Now i need the turbo and some piping before i can finish the intercooler, so i started making some stuff for my front end! Finished 3 of 4 brakets needed to hold the front fenders in place! the original brakets was about 4 cm to short
ill try to take some pics of the fender next time im in the garage, so you can see how my wheel bow and wheels look now!
just thought ill share a few pics of my other car!
Its a 89 Audi V8. It has been repainted dark blue some time ago by some stupid dude how dont know shit about painting a car.. so it needs some work..
What i have done on the car:
- Fitted black leather interior with electric seats
- 6 speed gearbox from a a6 2,5 tdi (was auto)
- 4,2 liter twin turbo engine, with NIRA i3+
- Lowering kit (needs more low in the rear)
- 20" wheels
- Black window tint

This is going to be so dope. Only thing that makes me sad is the wheels. And it's begging for 16s or 17s. Also you should've raised/radiused the fenders instead of bringing them down, especially if you want to run 18s. Those are my only complaints. Def looking forward to this build!
Hehe, cant agree on everything! i want big radius tires, the main reson beeing extra grip! 900+ nm needs tire surface.. And im not so fond of the huge gap someone have from the arch to the tire.
due to my sukiness in english, ill add a before and after pic! hard to explane what i did on the rear fenders..
before i swaped wheel arch, but the rear fender has been lowerd
Golf mk 1 wheel arch, raised 5 cm and has a bigger radius!
The red arrow is pointing at the part of the fender that is extended 5 cm down! (black part)
