340i -- this is going to be a purpose built drag/street car, im thinking about sliding it a couple of times before i put my real slicks on though...

laBeef -- i really don't have a reason why, but I liked wiring this setup more than i would have if i went efi

boostAbear -- trans is a th350 saving to convert to a th400

soab -- no i dont lol i honestly came back from work one day, about to work on the car, to notice that my buddy had already solid mounted the motor in... i was impressed lol

nellydragracer -- yes its a 4 bolt main 87-95 block

B Rod -- it runs and all just no radiator. so i run it for a few then let it cool for now. if i blow it up i build another 350..they're pretty cheap around here lol

I like this a lot, turbo sbc ftmfw. So with this engine being out of a truck does that mean it came with four bolt mains? Would be even more awesome if it did.

Fuel injection stuff at the minimum for a SBC you are gonna spend around 7-800 bucks. People have been boosting carbd SBC's for longer than most of us have been alive, yeah EFI would be cool and all, but they work just fine without it.

Car has some major potential, what trans are you running behind that? I hope not a T5..
