    thanks man! fuel lines and general maintenance/tune up shit is first for sure. plans are pretty much just to make it as glorious as it was in 1973. I have an extra compressor, tank, switchbox and some bags but im not sure if i want to bag it or just leave it

    all parts are pretty much available from mercedes classic center. do all the fuel lines 1st for sure

    I put a fire extinguisher in the trunk to just for good measure

    stoked you got it, these things are great on the road and such a classic benz. respect for snapping one up! what are your plans?

    nice thanks for the info. i have one pic of it right now, its about 2 hours away from me and i need to put it on a trailer to get it home as the brakes need some work / it has been sitting for a bit and i dont trust the gas, tires, any other rubber etc lol. guy im buying it from has had it for 30 years, it was the family car when he was a kid. binder full of service records and shit

    every wheel came like this, leather wrap was aftermarket. you can find these wheels crack free on ebay for not too expensive (maybe$100-200ish)

    White ones look rad but run $500+ for a non-cracked one
