Just did a compression test and it's just as I thought.

    cylinder
    1- 130psi
    2- 100psi
    3- 125psi
    4- 130psi

I am pretty sure since my lifter insert on cylinder two was pushing it's way out it wasn't letting that valve close all the way. So what I think happened is that I burned the valve. I am going to try replacing the valve springs just to see before I pull the head.

Got the rear bags hooked up today since my fittings came. I also finally got the video uploaded for the first bag set up. You can see the obvious difference. I need to have the fenders rolled since the tires are hitting. That is what you are hearing in the second video.

I also gained a little more drop by cutting some off the brackets that I made.

    All the way up.

    first set up

    New set up.

More good news. I got the brackets figured out for the new bags and got them in. I don't have the fittings yet so they are bottomed out for the time being, but that will change tomorrow. (don't worry I'm not driving it) I need to remove the bump stops since I think it's sitting on them now. Also I am going to cut the nub off the top bracket that I made.

For all of you that think you can't weld or can't afford it this first photo shows what I did today with my Harbor Freight 110v flux wire welder.

Oh ha just that the engine has problems despite being built by a "professional" and that the first bag setup didn't work. I would be lying if I said that I didn't expect trial and error when putting air ride on this car.

    More soon....very very soon.
