Glad there's somebody who thinks as I do. Pretty excited to see where you take it, I'm looking into getting an S13 in the future.
Never been a fan of super beat cars..especially when this is gonna be registered and street driven. I plan on making it look similar to the hit and run cars out of NZ as far as clean looks but mismatched aero, and make it low

Bought all the hardware to bolt the transmition to the block and replaced all the bolts that hold in the front crossmember with gr. 8 stuff. Untitled by DriftBuild, on Flickr
Prepped the headers and painted the muffler part flat black Untitled by DriftBuild, on Flickr
Bolted the transmission to the block and it wouldnt fully go together . Turned out i had the wrong pilot bearing. Swapped that out and everything went together smoothly. Untitled by DriftBuild, on Flickr
Everything fully mounted in the car for good... Untitled by DriftBuild, on Flickr
I ended up being 3/4" short on my measurement for the driveshaft. Didnt trust it the way it was so i pulled everything back out and removed it. Untitled by DriftBuild, on Flickr
Didnt get a pic of the new driveshaft, but i ended up reusing the stock slipyolk and just had a new tube welded in. Untitled by DriftBuild, on Flickr
The last speedbump i encountered was that the crank pulley now hits the fan for some reason Untitled by DriftBuild, on Flickr
So i solved that by getting a new harmonic balancer. This was is 1/2" smaller and tested to 12k rpm. So itll hold together when we rebuild this motor at a later date.. Untitled by DriftBuild, on Flickr
Very nice update... Man I ran into the same issue with my crank pulley, Had to cut my fan shroud down about 1". Solved.. Question what size pulley you going with?
