Today I'll be cruising around town to find a place with an oven large enough to form my lexan, frameless hatch. If anyone has an idea of a local place in Las Vegas please let me know!

Great build! It's giving me the push I needed to finish my 2gen. Two questions;
1. What did you make your caliper adapters out of and what was your build process? I'm going with 7075 T6 because everyone's saying 6061 T6 isn't enough.
2. I'm looking at triangulating the front strut towers so that I can remove that outer frame rail to get more suspension travel for my big meats (265/35-18, 18x10+20 Enkeis). It looks like you may the same issue. Are you considering doing this?

I believe the adapters are 6061, but its 1/2" thick so i'm not too worried. I had to write a program on the mill to surface the spindle and provide clearance for the plate, then i cut off one of the oem brake brackets and made room for the wilwood mounts since they are so far inward towards the center of the hub. To be honest, a majority of this machining could have been avoided if i got 14" rotors, but they were just way over my budget.Originally posted by 2GRX7 View PostGreat build! As for clearance, I'm going to be fine because I have 17's up front. If my 235/40 RSR's rub, I can easily notch the frame rail but it doesn't look like it should be a problem. You also have to account for my car having extended LCA's, which in turn will yield more wheel travel as well

Tonight I got the rear camber close to zero (-0.5*) and made the lower part of the dash.

The lower part of this panel will be mounted via stainless hinge like the rear deck lid, and have 2 dzus buttons at the top securing it to the main dash.

This space is large enough for 3 gauges (Water temp, oil pressure, oil temp) and 3 switches (Ignition, fuel pump, lights) as well as a start button.
This pic better shows the new lessened rear camber, although it is still somewhat difficult to see
