    Oh hai

Unfortunately, I got home and I started to get dark, so I only fitted 2 wheels just to see how it sat. When I got the car off the jack I totally flipped, the car looked insane! Since I'm no photographer I couldn't capture that moment onto a picture, so you'll have to deal with the 4 pictures I managed to take before my camera ran out of battery

The new adapters are 35 and 40 mm, so final offsets and wheel specs are the following:
    16x7 et25 front and 16x8 et17 rear.

Last weekend I hammered the shit out of my rear fender lips and I cut a part of the plastic flare, but still, rear fitment is so tight I could jam the car's key between the tire and the fender...

Of course I can't drive like that lol. I'll have to adjust the coils and maybe add a touch of rear camber!

And finally I recieved a boost gauge

    Here's one cool update:

    I finished the harness:

Its routed under the rad support, so this is what you see when you look behind the lights:

I installed a Eurosport short shifter:

One pic to show the slammage:

I went to a "season opener" BBQ last weekend, here's a pic someone took:

Ok now you're probably asking "why the hell is this update supposed to be cool?"... Well,
    ...NEW ADAPTERS WERE BUILT!
Should be shipped tomorrow and here by the beginning of next week. Wheels getting bolted on sooooooon!

Oh yeah, and I also recieved a set of 6 new speakers for the car to replace the 2 half-working ones and the 4 other blown ones hehe...

I like my Eurosport. The sound is deep and smooth, no drone at all (I have the cat though). But its not as loud as I would like hahaha. However, if you buy one, don't plan on driving during the winter. I drove the car in the snow only once, and the welds on the stainless muffler rusted. If I had to do it all again, I'd go with a Techtonics/Borla in stainless steel. A friend of mine has one on his Rabbit, the sound is amazing.

Read the whole build! Makes me want to sell my mk3 and get a mk2 lol. How do you like your eurosport exhaust? I was considering either eurosport or autotech.

After the last update, I decided to sort out the wiring in the car. Basically I was running the whole mk3 harness minus the headlights part + the mk2's fan and light harness. With such a setup, about half of the wires were doubles. I got myself a mk3 headlight harness and went to town.

Then I removed the fusebox and said to myself "what the fuck did I get myself into?" The car was running perfectly before that hehehe...

    More spaghetti

Cool thing about the mk3 harness. You run it under the rad support instead of on the top of the firewall. This way you don't see it in the bay. I still have to finish that part though, I got myself relays for the lights that I have to build the harness for.

Soldered a few wires, sprayed the manifold in oem silver and slapped everything back together. Started on the first try!

Next weekend I build the headlights harness, change the oil, slap the "spring" wheels on (the steelies) and crank the coils down half an inch. Then its going to be ready for daily duty for another 8 months.
