Nice day out so I kept working on the wheels.
Sanded out the majority of the rash, depending on how the others go I will likely go back and sand out ALL of the rash on this wheel, some of it is pretty deep so I'm hesitant to sand away tons of material.
Steps
400 dry
400 wet
1000 wet
1500 wet
rubbing compound on buffing wheel on drill
metal wheel polish on a different buffing attachment on a drill
hand polish using same wheel polish to get out any marks left by the machine polish
and one of my wheel workbench, lights, polishing stuff, sandpaper, water, gloves and a lot of elbow grease!

I vote 205/35/18 for a tire size. That'll get you some stretch

Started working on the wheels tonight, the rash should clean up pretty easily.
Tires were too big so I had them taken off today.
Ran some paint stripper on the lips and got this
After a bit of sanding on the lip to take some rash out
These are 100x easier than the MAE's or the BBS RK-II, just some stripper and then sand out the rash and polish them up. Now to start figuring out adapters and what size tire I'm going to run.

i think they'll work great! a boxy, flat faced wheel on a boxy car is a great combo
