Well - I was pretty busy lately. Many modifications to share. Let me start with one picture for now:

Liking what you have done so far. Wasn't too sure on the wheels are first but looks a lot now that it is lower. Have been considering getting a Passat as a run around as they are cheap as chips over near now.

Thanks for the visit and comment. I am pretty happy with the wheels. I wanted to have something different. But they might be replaced in 2014 by something in 19inches

I have done some work on audio setup and sound deadening:

Also fitted Focal PS 165 speakers on the front.

Nothing much is happening now as I am having an NCT soon. In the meantime collecting goodies for the new season

            Alpine PXA H100:

            and KTX H-100.

            Subwoofer box:

            Aluminium skid plate:

Genuine passat front seats are going to be replaced by these for 2014 season - from Porsche 996/911:

I was going to say get B6 front seats, but the Porsches are so much better.

Thanks big_dane. I was thinking about electric fronts from B6 as it would be easier to fit them but I am a small person and B6 seats are too wide for me.

Lovely build! What's it mapped to with the PPD170 turbo?

Also, got a link for that oil seperator? Or a P/N#?

Thanks man. Not sure what the exact power is at the moment, around 170 BHP. I will be changing whole exhaust front to back with no cat. Once done I will have to map it again.

Oil separator is from Land Rover Discovery or a car known as Lublin.

I wanna say your injectors are gonna limit you to much more than around 190-200hp as they're 520CC versus the Golf/Bora/Leon/etc PD130 lump (ASZ) which are 550cc and will stretch to 230 ish HP with a large enough turbo!

Cheers for the heads-up on the separator!

You're right. With this setup I wouldn't be looking to go over 200 BHP. Thanks for the info.

                            Time for a small update...

Airride setup was upgraded a little.

Friend of mine - Czesław Customizer- https://www.facebook.com/AirRideAndCoilover - took care of the electrics and air connections etc and also build the boot setup which I will present soon.

Here are some photographs from the progress:

Overall look at the car and him at work

On the side you can see a rear quarter of my friends Audi A3 that we were working on at the same time

In terms of the interior we started from here:

and then it looked like this for a while

At this moment whole interior has been changed to black. I will post finished look when everything will be done

Sound deadening of the roof done:

Some audio components had been changed too.

New 5 channel amplifier DLS A7 took place of an old Helix Hxa 400.
On below picture DLS Subwoofer remote installed in the glovebox:

Land rover wheels have been replaced by black 19in BMW styling 132 9j on the front and 10j on the back with appropriate adapters.

Car finally has been vinyl wrapped by www.facebook.com/poperzypl using Red Aluminium from Arlon. Spy photo:

                            More updates when done...
