Bit of an update nothing to good yet.
Went to Heaven On Wheels in Belgium last month was quite a good road trip/piss up. snows the night before i went and snowed when we got there. ended up having a massive pissup and turning up to show late, so many jokes that night haha. anyways heres a few photos of the trip

woke up at 6:30am ready for the 4/5 hours drive to Belgium and woke up to this.

Apart from the car getting filthy and a problem with fabs scooby we got to the train on time

Got to the hotel about 6pm we where the last uk convoy to get to the hotel, rear/main carpark was full of UK show cars blocking each other in lucky was just enough room for us to park on the road

Started to snow that night and the plan was to have a small amount of larger and get up at 7am for the show. as it was snowing heavy and we had 72 cans of cheap larger we decided to get on it. Here the bin of my hotel room at about 10pm we ended up in mates hotel room as we were about to get chucked out for far to much noise. ended up with another bin and a bit more of empty cans and going to sleep about 4am after pissing off most of the hotel

    Car park in the morning

kinda snowed alot that night haha lucky the show was 700meters away by foot but as a road shut and i took us the wrong way ended up being 2/3miles away haha

i couldn't be bothered to take any photos and as i turned up late not alot of people took pics of mine but heres the best one even know the cars in the air

Before getting on the train home, car was a lil filthy

few days later i cleaned the car/ heres a before after and during clean pic

Theres where at my mates bodyshop for over a month, after many attempts to pick them up and him mucking me around ive finally got these back. I wanted these for Belgium but kinda glad i didnt have them because of the snow. Only a teaser but the faces are white and the barrels are green /> will be on next month as sooty is sorn this month. Ive got brand new tyres to go on these aswell

As the tyres arnt going on till next month i needed to store them somewhere, loft and spare room is full of car parts.... living room they would fit but i know my nephew would somehow chip them as sad as it seams there tucked up with me in bed haha. ill be putting about 7 coats of poorboys wheel sealant on these badboys other the next few weeks, cant wait to put them on

Ive also got a new gear knob although it has to be made to fit as it isnt a gear knob lol. Its white with a little green but its awesome. no pics till its on tho :P

not sure why I missed this, but I love what you've done, especially the rear end and led lighting.

      Amazing.

sold my alloys to sam so put the steelies on off my old xsi (which sam has also brought haha) test fitted one of my new wheels and lets just say its a tad to close to the rear sub frame... I test fitted it the other side before and all was good but as peugeot make the subframe fit slightly to one side rather than center its way to close to it. id say 1mm gap can just about see daylight. I've ordered 3mm shims to push it out just so much its ok.

Well there finally on Got faz at specialist tyres to fit these, sadly i ordered the wrong tyres and have 45 profile instead of 40, dunno why i did that so although these look better when lowered as the car is sitting on them and they pull the arch out a tad, ive gotta be careful no to crack the paint.

normally on 40's you see the lip either side, i just thought it was the brand of tyre

focus rs green with a different base cost if im correct

                white fronts

outside faz's the next day for a bikini car wash

at BHP on the track while queuing up

rear arch sitting on the tyres

Love the colour on the wheels, whole car is pretty sick. First one i have actually seen lowered.

mini update had a little photoshoot with my mate Kat in her mx5, cars wernt clean but we were bored and it was a good day.

                    cars floating on water haha

I had a problem with my hub and driving 400miles with 3 studs and nuts problem free, i had a new hub ready to go on but as i was getting some spacers machined down i was waiting for them to come back before fitting it. After the ace cafe i hit a dip in the road at 70mph and 2 of the nuts came loose, i tightened them up and the didn't drive it again until i went to get the hub replaced. went a mile down the road and stopped off for breakfast before going to get the hub replaced and it was loose again, tightened them up as hard as i could and from one end of the car park to the other they loosened yet again. i decided to take the risk of tightening them up again and lipping it to the nearest garage 1/4 down the road. About 25meters from the garage i pulled over and found this.....

yet another stud missing and one barely held in :/ i popped to the garage over the road and they couldn't fit me in and as i had a show the next day i desisted to pay to get recovered and taken to a garage (which my mate organised for £100 for recovery and repair minus parts)

While changing the hub the new wheel baring went in and collapsed so had to fork out for yet another one (they tested it and gave me money back) but while they were putting the hub back on with a snap on gun and a spanner they accidentally dropped the spanner onto my wheel which was below the car and chipped it in a few places they are fixing it but still. Should be collecting it monday, fingers crossed its a good job as i said if you paint it they have one attempted otherwise im taking it to my own place for £80

heres a good shot from modified nationals

heres a shot from a cruise in stevenage

And heres my new gear nob had it for months but finally got round to fitting it which fitted surprisingly easy

Also emptied the air tank with any build up of water, mate though there would be loads in but only about a shot full of crap

                      • bit of a update.
went FCS the other day which i was in the styled paddock , good day out this year at castle combe, then straight after drove to the Belgium, on the m25 a crane crashed so was a massive traffic jam in which i had to pull over twice as car over heated haha, only pulled over for a minute or 2 each time but still. Was late to my train but was all good once i got off in france there was a massive storm all the way, Was epic to watch as ive seen nothing like it! About 2/3rds of the way to the hotel it rained like mad to the point everyone was doing 5mph on the motorway in the first to lanes while i was doing 20mph in the fast lane by myself, aquaplaning like mad and quite literal putting waves of water right over the top of the cars in the middle lane! water was around 6inch deep :/ Anyways did the Nighteam event the next day and managed to win a trophy for top 20 Drove home and wheel nearly came off :/ lucky made had a jack and missed that train back aswell then 2 hours sleep and into work at 5am
Ive put alot of interior parts into the body shop, and had a dash flocked but after fitting it did fit as it was a phase1 dash so slightly different so going to get the one in the car flocked instead at a laster date. Heres a few pics anyways

my trophy and what i brought from stop and shop

and a few pics from USC, 2 with my mates skyline in the background

also finally got round to getting this put on

                        • Some of you who have me on facebook will no but sooty got crashed into last month. Was parked up to get some flowers for the miss's (using sooty as a daily as ive lost the locking wheel nut key for the estate and ive got a flat haha) came back and saw the wing slightly bent, thought fuck ive lowered it with the wheels turned, went to get in and drive off when some women said that the women in a focus hit me. i then looked at the front of my car and released it was fooked haha. Exchanged details and its all gone though her insurance. Got the accident report though and its £2517.19 to fix :P thats new wing, pair of vents from Germany, then respray whole side and front as the skirt will have to be unbonded and resmoothed in. Anyways they gave me a like for like replacement car being a citreon c3 piccaso 1.6DT haha love it! went Amsterdam in it for £90 fuel! As im saving for a house i think im just going to fix it and either sell it or garage it and wait till im settled down and bring it back out again.
