Ehh.... This just looks like a ricer IMO. You do great work but I wish you did it to another car instead of a Focus... The carbon fiber is a bit much, actually to much. That front hood is just awful! I know you said your custom built hood helped get rid of heat out of the engine bay but do you do any track racing or autocross¿ I am guesing you just want your car to look like the ones in Fast and Furious. If you went back to the stock hood and trunk then shaved the sides and rolled and pulled the fenders, I think it would look alot better. I would also recommend doing something to that god awful interior.
I really do not like the interieur of this focus series but you, kind sir, are bringing it slowly the right way.
The white wheels are a good start but to cover the proportion of your car I might be necessary to widen the fenders and use spacers so that your car is getting wider.
Also I do not really like the scoop on your hood but you already told why it is like that and I am totally fine with your reason.
Your bay is a real beauty. Keep on the good work. Your path is not a straight line but walk it anyway, I can feel it.
Going to sweat my balls off this weekend and try and put the battery box back it. (its going to 100+ here) I just need to figure out how to make it clear the foglight.
I finally got motivated again and got back to work. I cut and put in the fronts of my fender liners and put rubber undercoating on the rest of the inner fender. Here's some pics of the process.
I haven't done shit on the car lately, been busy with other things. But next weekend I'm having a garage day and I plan on undercoating the front fenders because I pulled the liners, and putting just the front part of the liner back in. Also going to work on relocating the battery. I'm sick of it being half assed in place.
So pretty big update here, finally got my coils installed. Again they're KW V1's. Now I know my car is not low by means of stanceworks, but I'm very happy with the results right now. The wheels fit very well and tuck nicely in the rear without rubbing. (after a little adjustment with the dremel ) The front I have about a inch left in threads to go lower. I just borrowed my buddies fender roller so I'll be able to go lower soon.
Here's a picture of the front fitment right now. Again I can go lower, but didn't want to risk fucking my fenders yet.
