All coilovers go low take the helpers out and cut the springs. job done
erm, bollox, in one word. all coillies are completely different.
as i said, im running uber cheap units and have NO bumpstops at all, have NO helpers, and have rebuilt and reworked them as much as i possibly can. and im no way near as low as wills car (some people will know my 36 touring from the first sw meet that i attanded but didnt stick around too much cos of cicumstances), well its running around 5-10mm higher, theres no WAY i can get lower.
how did you fit those wheels in the back .. fender roll , pulled fender , camber ? i got 9,5et13 and its poke more than that ..
cut out the inner bit of your arch (the bit that rolls under and in) and use a flap disc to get it nice and flush, then pull (adjustable spanner, small bar/tube, hammer, baseball bat) and then paint! job done! well thats what ive done and it works and looks pretty effin swish!

ebay.de, here i come!
Yeh dont do all that. Just use a grinder to remove the silicone in the arch, then all thats needed is a heatgun and a lump hammer and you can roll them completely flat, i literally only cracked the smallest bit of paint doin this.
I folded my arches flat. Cuttin the arch was not needed. It is totally flat.
Slight flare might be needed for the 10s tho.
Willy, can't wait to see some rollers. U bringin it early edition? I don't know If to drive or not as there isn't any non be Parkin.
Yeh im running a very slight flare dude and quite a bit of camberzoids. Yeh should be heading to EE bro, ill probably drive and try blag a place with the VW's. lol. Do it Serg it'd be good to see ya!
perfect thanks for the response ! can i just rolled my arche with a fender roller and that would make it like you ? im afraid of crack paint ahahah , you paint the whole quarter or you just touch up paint the fender ?
Heat gun makes the paint flex and not crack. I didn't care as I'm havin the arches blown over. Lol.
Willy, I categorically got told directly via PM that the 36 would not enter the event as I posted on a thread that I was drivin n would park it round the back. Then just got a PM from the gods sayin No! Lol.
No rush for the RSs then.
I wanna go for a spin in urs that weekend tho. See what it rides like compared to mine.
