Time for some air-ride control me thinks...

With me being very fussy about things being just how they should be (or they will bug me until I sort them!)...I wasnt happy with how the headunit was sitting...so time for more smoothing!




















Tomo's installment....some cup holders! LOL!

Some pics of the cup holders I made...now...I know I could have done with making them a bit deeper...but to be honest they aint too bad with driving around with my famous Lucozade bottles in! And when we are all...well I say all, I mean me and a passenger lol...are parked up munching our Rockys (MANY West Londoners should know what im talking about lol), drinks cans fit in perfectly...


Making the bases




Cut all the panels







Glued together...kept in the vice to keep pressure on the panel




Top panel of the holder goes on top of the console







This was screwed and glued in place




Then smoothed in




Bottom pieces glued together




Time for more filling and smoothing

Assembled all together...time to smooth again!










And then finally painted...now theres 2 reasons I chose to do this...firstly its the colour the Previa will be changing to (more blood shot red than the existing colour), and secondly, its something to break the eye...call it a feature piece lol!

Time to crack on with the door build stages...

These were done in 2 parts...after hearing lots of stories that you should series midrange speakers, I thought I would build a set of temp door builds just to make sure everything will work A-ok...

These were properly rough builds LOL!! not trimmed properly and just whacked together!

The front end consists of...

16 Ascendant Audio 7" Carbon Havoc mid ranges
16 Ascendant Audio tweeters

2 SPL Dynamics S6002 - 500wrms x 2 @ 2ohms
