And what kind of propshaft and Diff are you running? I'm thinking of using all supra parts to keep the ratios the same and such. interested to see what you used. My plans are about a year away from actually doing them, but I'm in preparation!
I used the r 154 transmission, and a 325i medium diff for now..Next year the diff is going to get rebuilt with a good 2 way lsd and some 600hp axles. feel free to pm me any questions you have along the way

Sorry to hear about that last bit, but great work so far man. A 1jz/ 1.5jz/ 2jz swap has always been the plan for my car, so this thread should help when the time comes around. And btw, If you want the look of those Hyashi's, but w/ the proper lug pattern and better sizing, check out the Rota Shakotan(see my sig and all the pics ive posted before, im a whore ). Again, cant wait to see this finished.

Ok so this project should have been done by now and I'd love to have some updates for you...however.. I sent both my wiring harnesses out in december to have a plug and play conversion harness made. It's been paid for and I've heard good things about the craftsmanship of these harnesses.

The problem is that since April in 2 week intervals i receive an email from the shop saying that they will send it out "friday"...at the rate it's going I'm not going to see my wiring again this year and have lost ALL motivation...what am I supposed to do?

Engine is in to check clearances and take measurements for a driveshaft and intercooler piping/exhaust!

also installed the clutch/ flywheel and transmisson

    shifter location is close

    oil pan clearance

little bit of room for a rad

ride height with weight of engine/ tranny

And on a less exciting note, I decided to mount the decklid spoiler and the rear window carpet section

Ok so I've got a little bit of an update..went to a free parts day and grabbed some stuff.

Got pop-out windows for the rears

A deck lid spoiler (not sure if i'm mounting it or not...not a reference to the penis drawn on the window FYI)

And got a new set of kidney grills

Also ordered some euro smiley projector headlights to clean up the front end a bit.
Also here's a picture of the newest addition to our shop, it should help out a lot along the way!
