Euro front bumper is ordered and on its way, and I've decided to get it painted this winter...pics will be added shortly of the paint prep.

So after bleeding my clutch I discovered that it was not going to be functional with the stock 3/4" master, so I bought a 5/8" master and made a bracket to install it inside the engine bay, and using a rod from the pedal to actuate it...works a lot better now!

(for some reason photobucket wouldn't let me rotate these photos)

And due to lack of room in the engine bay, I engineered a solution to still utilize a brake booster, but to relocate it using 1:1 master and slave cylinders.

And Some progress is being made once again with wiring as I finally received new core harnesses to start with.

Thanks man. It's almost better that now I'm not rushing to get it out for anything. I can just take my time and have the thing running on proper suspension and what not before it hits the road.

I guess I'll upload some pics. of my diff build.

    the pumpkin

    carrier/pinion out

    new races in

    Pinion installed

an the new carrier with the graded bolts and washers, and the ring gear and speed ring installed

I then pressed on the bearings, took some measurements and had some custom shims made up as the e30 diff shims are no longer available. And the rear end is all together again.

Thanks guys..and you should definitly do the swap! we need more of these things to show the purists how it's done

I wish i had some more updates for you guys. However. the guy that was supposed to be doing my wiring screwed me, so i ended up having to spend upwards of $500 just to get my hands on 2 stock harnesses again and start over...this time a friend of mine is going to build me a harness, and it should be done in 3 weeks time.

I rebuilt the rear diff. New bearings, seals, and a rebuilt obx lsd. so we'll see if that holds up.
I should have some more pics. (and hopefully a video) up soon!
