I still have a lot to do till primer sadly, but yeah just thinking about how much sanding I have in my future makes my fingers hurt.

Finally started on my braces today. Also my POR15 trunk



Fits very snug, actually had to hammer it in. I'm working with basic hand tools so perfect is out of the question.

As you can see my welding skills are as good as a first grader, but I'm getting decent penetration so it should be sufficient.

It's cool that you're doing all of this yourself, but the penetration on those welds seems to be lacking. When it comes to safety, I wouldn't mess around.
