DiamondRacingWheels.com. They make any size, offset, and bolt pattern. Rims are about $100 something each. Not to shabby, Either made light (10lbs), or heavier/stronger (22lbs). This is the second batch I've ordered. My older wheels were white, 15x10. Here's a picture of my older rims
