So the car is pretty much ready to hit the streets... It drives, but still needs some rear fender pulling, a windshield, a little wiring cleanup, the interior put together, and an exhaust.

In the meantime, I swapped the plastics in and trimmed (but didn't put in) the grills.

great build though, this'll be fun when done. another question i have is what is that stuff you used to protect the paint in your engine bay? i want some.
It's an S13 SR... The fact that it says Nissan on the valvecover and has the stripes is exactly what I wanted.

That stuff is just some giant roll of masking tape they had at the shop... Helped out a bunch tho.

This is oddly enough exactly what I've been wanting to do for my next car. I'm glad I came across this thread for future reference, the build looks badass.

So the driveshaft came in from The Driveshaft Shop:

The hydro and shifter got put in:

And the car started! Still needs work, but hearing that open downpipe spewing out noise was music to my ears.

It seems like what you have to work with now is going to be fine. Modding your knuckles, bump stops cut off and spacers will get you on your way to reverse-entry-hero status

love your build, update more, marry me.

Very awesome, didn't expect something this legit from the first post. Can't wait for the final shots / videos of it.
