Here is a little update of my sunday trip to the North of France to see my '76 MK1 Scirocco which is being restored

I am beginning to like this car a lot

Next on the to-do list is to put the 4-pot calipers with vented discs and an E12 master cylinder.
Then some exterior trim parts to replace and throw a LSD from a 318is E36
I would like to put a set of OEM Recaros also but we will see how this project ends

They are home-made coilovers using VW MK2 Golf Rallye parts. Just made them fit

Some new pictures after replacing my thermostat and testing if the car was still overheating on the highway, and it's not anymore
Also, it's about half an inch lower than in the previous pictures, I have only 1,5" of clearance under the sump and I'm touching the wings a little when I turn but not so much and as I found it too cool the way it looks, I'm keeping it like that for now
