built intercooler bracket\brace
made the upper and lower intercooler hoses
made out of stainless pipe with silicone hose ends
the fans were mounted next. with the little amount of room we had to work with we had to run a staggered fan setup
top of the fan on the passenger side had to be modified to clear the intake manifold and make room for engine movement
the fans are held in place with steel stock rod and brackets were made to bolt fan into place instead of using zip ties
with material removed from the passenger fan we made a small steel shield to act as a cover to prevent anything from contacting the fan blades

On with the updates!
old tow hook removed and spot welded up
New location and pic of tow hook in place
They drilled the hole where it passes all the way through into the front core support brace and that will be the strength point for towing
They frenched the hole to give it a cleaner look.
designed the top of the core support to have a hidden removalable section to access the front of the motor and for ease of service
the lower section of core support was cut out to fit the radiator core
the lower core support sheet metal was bent in order to hold the radiator and also act as a mount
finished custom radiator
built upper core support so thats its removable yet still strong as well
stainless round bars for support
2 10mm bolts secure the top and it slips right off
