Not feeling the shaved foglight cut-outs, makes the bumper look like it's missing something (which it obviously is) but it doesn't seem right to me *shrug* the CCWs look rad!

It does kinda match the rest of the shaving I'm doing... I might do it, but make the center grill a bit bigger, make it look factory, just bigger... With the intercooler sitting behind it, I think i'td look alright... More renderings I guess haha..

great renderings!!!! did you have an underlay with velom or some kind of tracing paper, because thats insanely accurate! prismacolor too?

Cheers mate, All I do to begin with is print out a pic of the car, use that to trace the outline out, then go from there freehand... I use touch markers, there are many other types out there, I just cant afford to try all the others atm, And Ive become pretty fond of touch markers..

In a couple of weeks we'll be pulling the motor to start the bay shave, wire tuck etc.. Along with custom front upper arms to adjust camber.. There are many brands out there to buy off the shelf, but I'm a fam of innovation, and this build is going to have quite a lot of that.

Sorry Mike, still a while away, but Updates will hopefully become a tad more constant. If you like, here are some pics that are like teasers.. This is what it is at the moment, Ill let you imagine where its going to be by the end of 2010....

Even just as we put it on the ground and rolled it of the hoist somd old fella walked into the work shop and said, "I hope that thing never see's the road!" When I asked why his answer was "Police will take it off straight away! You cant drive with tires like that!"

I simply thought, God I wish I did manage to get the 195's on...

I'm afraid this doesn't amaze me Around here people have recently been going overboard on the drift style or more track/race oriented look.
The latter I can actually appreciate, but the ones that are low enough to be seriously cool get alot more shit than praise.

The story behind it is...

We had it sitting on the hoist the day before the show with no suspension in it at all. The tow truck arrived to pick up the car so in three hours we took the dc2r suspension out of another shell, put it in this shell, adjusted the coilovers and smashed out the guards. Fitted the wheels and put it on the truck.

Unfortunately the front is wound down to the lowerst point, so we will either modify those coils or opt for new ones.. It also needs adjustable camber arms, and to be honest, im kind of amazed at how it sits with stock arms.

But in due time all these things will be addressed. The rear sits rather well though, with some more guard modification, and bar modification it will sit rather well.
