I am very impressed with the amount of work you've done to the car. I have one question tho...why would you delete the pass side mirror?

Just love the look of old cars with only a driver mirror. Just wanted to replicate it on my car.

Yup, I love that look too. My 68 square only has a driver's side mirror. Plus, most people never use their pass side mirror.

                        New updates

Right then its been a while, but i now have a new daily soon to be hitting the road, so the polo is garaged and ready for its makeover. Theres some areas of rust to sort, and bent panels. Plus a few other goodies thrown into the mix. Will update as much as possible.

                          11 / 10 / 2011

managed to get both front wings, bonnet, washer bottle, expansion tank, radiator and wiring loom off the car today. along with one side's brake setup.
Just need to free the lower arm to get the shock out. Then start the other side.

                          (more tomorrow)

Dang this is so dope, just like everyone else I haven't seen one of these before. So much surface rust on the suspension don't you want to get it off and paint over it?

Please keep this thread up, car is awesome!
