well andy it is winter so lakeside is just starting to heat up meet down there one saturday?

as i promised some pics of the test fitting with the small arches, and collected the wide arches today and got cracking on smoothing them down and filling all the little dinks etc.
also while fitting the wheel my bloody jack collapsed and the ka fell but got kinda stuck on the jack which damages the sill and scratched some paint so i was pretty pissed at it

but here u go just a couple cos the light was shit,

@conski i just used wet and dry sand paper to prep them before and in between coats and used spray cans from my local motor parts dealer, the colour is sierra beige i love it. then just spray can clear coat too, did them on my drive in two days

Was the the scissor jack lying on it's side or the trolley jack under the car that failed?

Either way, I like this thing a lot. Great job. I've never seen anything like it.

cheers guys for the kind words but as ever another set back. today was in traffic and had a guy in a smart car hit me from behind smashing my plate and cracking my rear bumper just as he was coming together another trip to the shop
