        • Thanks guys! Appreciate the feedback.

          Still waiting on parts for the exhaust build, so as I was bored, I decided to testfit my new wheels.
          Only at the front though, as I know there'll be lots space at the back.

          9x16 ET25 5x100
          Full contact on the caliper bracket.

          No contact on the caliper, but very tight fit. Might need to run 5mm spacers with new brake pads (60% right now).

          Took off 2mm of material on the bracket, now the wheels can be turned without any contact.

          Maximum camber the stock screws on the struts give you already made the lips sit flush.

          Maximum camber through a uniball top mount gave me quite some space... guess I might not be running 9Jx16 on this car then.

          • Just read through the whole topic! Your red MK3 was superb! I'm sure the blue one will get as good as that one!

                    No need for camber plates!
                    It's an AWD Golf and that's the camber you get only from lowering it.

                    @Justinfbi
                    No updates unfortunately.
                    Progress is rather slow as I gotta wait for a friend who's helping me build the custom header.
                    There's just no stock part that'll fit and space is pretty tight, so it's taking its time. Once that's done things should progress faster again.
