Feel sorry for you fulla's up there with no meets ahah
+1 on a cruise/weekend of some kind. It's true there are some awesome roads in the Lakes, although there's just as many in Scotland. In 2009, me an my mate did Lands end to John 'o' Groats over two weeks (with Glastonbury festival in the middle) an stayed off the motorways as much as possible an didn't plan a route, best two weeks ever.

Sounds gooood. I went to the lakes last summer and the roads are amazing, uneven surfaces in some places but generally just wicked driving and scenery. + lakes + cool little accomodations and pubs.

It'd be nice to see all these cars being driven rather than sitting in a carpark for a few hours. Good chance for a video to be done.

I'd like to do a summer beach thing too this year again if anyone will actually turn up this time

Went for a wee trip to check out the roads and car park at the transport museum tonight cos i was in the west end anyways.
Half the car park is gravel and bumpy as fuck and the other half is smooth tarmac. Also no speedbumps and the roads around it are alright.

Thanks Jimmy! Saves me a trip. I'll ask for the smooth section then

Still waiting to hear from them.
