I had an email from the organisers this week with a few more details about the meet. It seems to avoid disappointment with getting a place on the stand we need to be there as early as possible. I think we should still have the space for 15 cars like asked for though. Maybe, anywhere here is what I got sent.

I had an email from the organisers this week with a few more details about the meet. It seems to avoid disappointment with getting a place on the stand we need to be there as early as possible. I think we should still have the space for 15 cars like asked for though. Maybe, anywhere here is what I got sent.
This years even is proving more popular than ever and we expect the main show field to fill up pretty quickly, just like previous years it’s a first come first served approach for the best spaces. Gates open from 7am for Club/S&S cars so get there early to ensure you get onto the main field. We have created a secondary show area on the opposite side of the runway so don’t worry if you have far to travel you wont be left out.
You may have noticed our DC11 adverts in both Performance VW and Performance BMW magazines, id like to point out a typo in the postcode listed in these adverts. The correct postcode for the venue is NN13 5YD please don’t go to the one listed in the magazines or you’ll end up 20 miles away in Corby.
We have been asked by the land owner to avoid the village of Whitfield when planning your travel, please see attached suggested routes. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me.
