The problem could be you not using aftermarket lug nuts.
OEM lug nuts won't sit properly in a tapered seat. OEM lug nuts are ball seat. Thus making them much more prone to loosening..
(Assuming that BBS rs are tapered seat of course)
It's that or you don't tighten your lug nuts up tight enough

Nuts are open ended after market steel. They haven't come loose since tightening to 130 so hopefully that's the end of that
