How about you read up on splitting wheels etc in the wheel section or on sites like wheelwhores rather then asking stupid/frustrating questions.

ok had a discussion with someone in sydney seems he can break the seal and crack the weld and he advised me i dont need to re-weld the barrels together again as the bolts are good enough does this seem right? can someone confirm?

say for example viennas? need like 6" lips a pair and if i can spilt them with a wheel shop who can reweld em for me?

3 piece but SSR have used that glue stuff between the outter lip and the inner lip

most 3 piece wheels that.
search the web, millions have done it

SSR weld their wheels than put silicone on top.

A competent machine shop should be able to split the weld for you. the rest is pretty easy stuff.

I assembled the VS-KFs in my sig that are for sale and re-built a few other wheels, it isn't hard really...

You don't have to send them to the states you can order the parts from there.
