Being a machinist I'm interested in how a set of lips are spun and finished. Have you got pictures of the process from start to finish? I'd like to see how it all comes together out of interest. How did you get into the job?

Helping a mate build some wheels.
Barrels and lips to take a 17" tyre, what's the biggest internal diameter you can do (where the barrel/lip locate on the centre)
Iv gone through all my spare parts and a barrel from my old Simmons OM seems to be be the biggest internal diameter, but if it's possible to go more that would be idealSarcasm is easily calculated on vortex dude. Take 4 parts GLI lip and divide by BBS RS. If you are left with a remainder, subtract it from omgmoarlow. Profit.
