Being a machinist I'm interested in how a set of lips are spun and finished. Have you got pictures of the process from start to finish? I'd like to see how it all comes together out of interest. How did you get into the job?

Both look great. But those wheels on the celica are more my jam, what's the specs?

15x8.5 ET 3 15x10.5 ET12. They are Volk magnesium mesh.

yeah! 7 inch barrel and a 3.5 inch lip. Its amazing how well the celica swallows them up haha

What sort of costs am I looking at for inner barrels? Rough Rough.

Probably 17x6, 17x5?

And outer lips 17x3, 17x5 (Oz Futura 35 Holes) - I saw around $185 for polished?

Helping a mate build some wheels.
Barrels and lips to take a 17" tyre, what's the biggest internal diameter you can do (where the barrel/lip locate on the centre)
Iv gone through all my spare parts and a barrel from my old Simmons OM seems to be be the biggest internal diameter, but if it's possible to go more that would be ideal
