Bro i reckon option 2 would be good as. I mean how many times has any meets in melbs, had beats supplied, food, good cars, and a generally good environment, without popo trouble.
I mean sure $10 might be alot for the passengers, but they can bite the bullet, as this is a once a year meet, and im sure it will be well worth it. But yeah opt 3 is cool too.

i think you are right on option 2 for the mega meet.
think we should keep open meets for like once or twice a year and rest just strictly S.W members.

however like i said i would love to keep option two idea for a megameet sometime.

option 1 would be the easiest, but not the most practical
