Yeah, and even though I know that fully well, I drive with them on all the time regardless. It's muscle memory for me now, I can't stand not having the dash lights on so I flick the parkers on and also the fogs. The cops were nice enough blokes. When the young bloke started with, "hey mate, just thought i'd let you know......." I'm thinking, yeah yeah I know, it's xyz. Surprised he just noticed the lights though haha

If all goes to plan, the misses will be coming with me.
Will already have work (heading over due to work relocating... If it happens that is).

Will look into some houses east side. Will most likely have to get a fat mortgage or rent a small 1 bedroom place. Problem is the misses might not get work for a bit, not sure exactly how we're going to do it...

You can find a place close to the city with a decent garage. I managed somehow missus wanted to move in to the city. I didn't care as long as I got a garage. Managed to find a place pretty quickly close enough to the city with a 'double' (big single IMO) garage and half decent rent. Just need to look more man. Good luck with it

Yeah, as soon as I get the go ahead with work, then I'll be looking a lot harder than I am now!

Either way, coming over in March, can't wait to meet a few more of you guys

                • Question for the guys/gals that run hubcentric spacers,

Is 20mm slide on hubcentrics okay with extended bolts?

Or should I start looking at bolt on for almost 3 times the price?

                  Cheers

I run 10mm slip on's on my racecar, but to be honest If I were getting 20mm+ i would get bolt on's for sure. Prob be fine with the slip-on's but when it comes to wheels/hubs etc better to not cheap out.

As above. I run 16mm w/extended bolts and that's the absolute maximum I'd go for before going bolt on. It's an awkward zone between 10-20 :/

Well what an awsome week. Flew up to Brisbane to visit my uncel.
Partied, hooned, saw nudes and did some bangers.

Munch Inn, Harry's, Cosmo kitchen meets. QR and Lakeside as well as the DownShidt meet, found some stolen wheels, drove some quick cars and helped fix some VW's.

Most of all spent time with my very sick uncel as well he really hasnt got that much longer on this planet. Dope times!

                        Will post some pics late!
Brisbane has some nice cars! I was at downshift aswell, with a couple of mates of mine. We live about an hour or so west of brisbane so we did a bit of cruise.
Keen for pics if you have some of the meet.

                        Cheers

Yeah, I thought it was in the awkward zone.

I currently run 15mm with w/extended bolts on the front, Have for the past 6months now and never had an issue and it gets driven hard through the hills.

But I'm looking at moving the 15mm spacers to the rear to give it some flush & then putting 20mm on the front.

Thanks for the help though guys, Gives me something to think about over the weekend.

                            Cheers
                            Mat
