smash the old studs out (make sure put a nut on stud level with the end so you dont mushroom it), put new studs in, get some open end wheel nuts or any sort of nut, wind it on so nice flat surface is facing hub and pull it in, or if you can get a hammer behind the end of the stud hit it in?
