if caught the cars would be impounded for 30day on the spot plus the mandatory impound extension of another 45days for exceeding speed by more then 70km/h
loss of license for a minimum of 2 years plus reckless driving charges, improper use of motor vehicle, excessive speeding and i think there is one or two more charges that i'm missing but can't remember

214 in a 100 got me 18 months. impounded for 48hours

160 in a 60 got me 18 months - my car was completely written off and they impounded it for a 48hours then said come and get it! thanks guys.

140 in a 70 got me 12 months. impounded for 48hours

50m 2nd gear vr6 skids - impounded for 48hours

I don't mean to poke holes in the vic police methods but I can count 4 offences...wasn't the rule after the first time it gets impounded for 3 months? then 12months? then forever???

Glad they were all concurrent sentences! I did learn my lesson though...haven't speed since I got my licence back and I won't do it again on public roads!
