of it was there first offence, they would loose their cars for a week, pendign speed they are caught at, they would loose their licenses, going off their cars, probs close too two years at least. along with reckless driving fines.

if caught the cars would be impounded for 30day on the spot plus the mandatory impound extension of another 45days for exceeding speed by more then 70km/h
loss of license for a minimum of 2 years plus reckless driving charges, improper use of motor vehicle, excessive speeding and i think there is one or two more charges that i'm missing but can't remember
