Its hard cause Im a casual and I can have my hours cut back with one phone call...

But the way Im going Im making about $47k gross atm. If I did these same hours all year long uninterupted I would gross about $55-58k.... But I take time off so I dont

Have to have some fun inbetween. Otherwise shit becomes whack.

So clear right now im looking at 40k, but if i pushed my boss and worked my ass off (like a 50 hour week) Id clear 50k... Easily.

Im lucky though, I know the bosses of the company pretty well, and Im one of like 20 security officers on their books... Most of the time they hire subbies out from other companies... and those companies dont pay their staff as well..

If so, stick with that man, cause like I said, 50k isnt a fixed amount. if they have no work for you for 4 weeks, you're fucked.

first year off traneeship 47-50k, thats full time, but weekends with two week days off, and on call on the weekends
