weve been wanting to for a couple of years now but havent been able to due to being only on my income. Now that terri is going back to work it will allow us to borrow enough for something decent. Had a quick speak to mortage broker last nite and she said with some rough numbers i gave her she reckons 270k inc our deposit. That opens up our options a hell of alot!! Just need to wait til terri has been back for 3 months before we get a concrete number so it will includr both our wages and family tax benefits from centrelink (which will drop a bit but hopefully not to much once terri starts work).

And im gonna go hit up my boss for a payrise when he comes back, will ask for 25per hour and see what he says.

we are both super excited about this!!

And we also got 10k for a new car which will be a 4wd as we wanna start going camping up bush more often too
