we only made the offer on Saturday (yesterday) so still waiting to hear back if they accept, then get final approval for finance I hope, and get a building and pest inspection, has to be satisfactory.

Some of you may have heard about the 2 car crash on the Mornington Peninsula freeway down my way yesterday.

Found out today that it was one of my mates I've known for the past 3.5-4 years, who died in the blue XR6 turbo. We went to tafe together, spent many weekends living large, sinking tins. Last saw him having the time of my life at Deni ute muster.

He was a loose unit ha, pretty shocked to say the least though.
