Got the Subaru back last night from exhaust place, $390 later :/

Will definitely clear Regency now. All I have left to do is one brake light, fill up washer water bottle, and find some child restraint bolts...

Tomorrow morning it should be defect cleared.
Then it is 5k for everything as is. Even if the defect is cleared, if it is sold to an interstater, it would get past a RWC no problem I reckon. So someone from interstate should buy it (Y).
