before the inspection, he took out the suspensions, all stickers on windows off, and front lip off. But he left the airtank in the car still thinking it will be okay because its not connected anyways. WRONG!!!! the car still got defected because the vicroad representative and the cops argues he can chuck the suspensions back in anytime with the airtank still in there (WHAT!!??). and he also got done for his 25% tint....pigs
