l5 disc hemorrhage/protrusion onto s1 nerve root.


basically my disc is rubbing on my left sciatic nerve, makes it hard to walk, sit, anything.

has nothing to do with muscle or tendons, all nerve pain.

Try physio, just work hard. Either way that's what makes all the difference.

The slightest risk of losing bowel control or becoming parallised waist down kinda scares me... its slim, but knowing my luck, it will happen to me lol. Then id kill myself.

That's something that would worry me and play on my mind big time too.....but if the risk is low, then it's probably worth it. You may as well try the physio side of things first before going with surgery, it may help, and if not then there's always the other option.
